Maryland judge marries alleged abuser and victim during criminal proceeding

People don't expect that victims of domestic violence will choose to continue a relationship with their abuser. However, in one case a Maryland judge effectively dismissed a domestic violence allegation by marrying the suspected offender and victim in the middle of the defendant's criminal proceeding.

Should parents continue to pay child support for adult children in college?

Recently, legislators in Maryland proposed a bill that would force parents to pay child support while the adult children are in college.
